Ohio’s “Merlot-to-Go” or “Cork and Carry” law allows patrons of on-premise permit holders to take home partially-consumed bottles of wine purchased on the premises. The law requires the permit holder to ensure that the bottle is “securely resealed . . . in such a manner that it is visibly apparent if the bottle has been subsequently opened or tampered with.”
